Norðurturn - Hagasmári 2

The building is a 15-story tower with a basement, located just north of the Smáralind shopping center and west of the gas station. It is primarily designed for office and service spaces and is connected to Smáralind shopping center by a two-story linking structure.

To the west of the tower, there is a two-story underground parking garage, along with additional surface-level parking for shopping center staff and visitors. The main entrance is situated on the northwest side of the building.

The basement contains technical rooms, while the first two floors feature a reception area, office spaces, and service areas. The tower is equipped with three elevators and each floor includes balconies for added outdoor space.

Pedestrian and vehicle access are seamlessly integrated with Smáralind’s infrastructure, ensuring convenient connectivity between the shopping center and the new tower.

The headquarters of Íslandsbanki are situated in this building.
