A multi-level automotive facility containing HEKLA headquarters, vehicle showrooms for Volkswagen group, service workshops, commercial vehicle maintenance areas, offices, staff facilities, training spaces, spare parts storage, vehicle preparation and washing areas, and parking garages for visitors, staff, and vehicle storage.
Main Building - A
1st Floor
The first floor houses the main workshop and the Volkswagen showroom.
2nd Floor
The second floor features the used car showroom and a bicycle store.
3rd Floor
The third floor offers office space for 45–50 employees and a cafeteria equipped with a receiving kitchen, accommodating about 60 people per serving period.
Building - B
This building hosts the Skoda showroom.
Building - C
This building includes the Audi showroom and a Stilling store.
Basement Level -2
This level features a service workshop, a spare parts storage area with automated systems, facilities for vehicle preparation and washing, a delivery area, a training classroom, and windshield service facilities.
Basement Levels -1, -3, and -4
Basement level -1 provides parking for staff and visitors, while basement levels -3 and -4 are allocated for vehicle storage related to car sales operations.
